Kendall came onboard in 2002 to manage client care and marketing efforts on behalf of Sharon Evans. Soon after, sales soared and Sharon became the #1 RE/MAX agent within the Carolinas for three consecutive years. Kendall maintained operations as the duo embarked upon building the TriangleExperts Team, under the RE/MAX One Realty umbrella in 2005. Since that time, Kendall’s role has evolved into an overall Team Manager function, operating a group of several top notch real estate agents and full time professional support staff. Her commitment to superior customer service, and talent for keeping details in sync, continues to spur business growth. In just two short years, the newly formed team ranks among the top 25 in the nation and the top 5 in the Southeastern United States.

Kendall relocated to the Triangle from California, where she was born and raised. She earned a Bachelors degree from San Diego State University and obtained her real estate license shortly thereafter. Kendall began her real estate career in the luxury homes market of Southern California. She sold new homes locally in the Triangle, before finding a niche as Sharon’s right-hand associate.

Outside of the office, Kendall spends time with her new husband, Chaz and enjoys weekends at the beach, hiking in Umstead Park and get-togethers with friends.
