About Sharon Evans:

Eight years ago Sharon left the environmental field as a chemical engineer to pursue her true calling – real estate. It all started when Sharon and her husband began looking for their first home. She recalls, “My husband and I searched high and low for our first house and my husband recognized shortly after purchasing that perfect first house that I was still researching areas and studying real estate magazine ads. He would politely remind me that we already bought a house.” Sharon has been hooked ever since.

Delving in to real estate turned out to be the ideal balance for Sharon’s analytical ability and her natural talent for putting people at ease. About Kendall Felix:
Kendall came onboard in 2002 to manage client care and marketing efforts on behalf of Sharon Evans. I grew up on a horse farm in Southern Virginia, about two hours North of Raleigh. My family is still there so I try to get up there once every couple of months. North Carolina became my home at an early age as I left Virginia to attend high school in Winston-Salem. Upon graduation I attended college in the small town of Salisbury, NC at Catawba College. It’s a 1300 student body private liberal arts college. I received my Bachelors degree in Marketing. It was my family’s real estate agent that recommended I get my real estate license. Two weeks later I was enrolled and later began my career in Wake County shortly thereafter. It has been an incredible ride as I’ve been fortunate to work with great people and learn from some of the best in the business. About Amy Hiott:
Amy joined the TriangleExperts Team during the summer of 2007 as our Team Closing Manager. Amy manages the closing process from the time an offer is made until the day a new deed is recorded and keys are exchanged. She coordinates everything from home inspections, to repairs and paperwork, while keeping the cooperating agent, contractors, attorney and clients connected throughout the process. Our clients rely upon Amy to make sure the home sale process is smooth and efficient. Oftentimes, this requires flexibility to manage ever-changing priorities as the contract progresses toward closing. Amy’s phone rings all day, and she devotes an enormous amount of time following through on specifics to ensure that each sale goes through without a hitch.
