About Stephanie Carswell

Growing up, my family moved around quite a bit, and I always found the process of house hunting fascinating. Despite my early interest in real estate, my career initially took a different path. After serving in the Army and attending college, I spent over 15 years working in corporate America. During that time, I held various leadership positions where I led high-volume sales teams focusing on providing top-notch service to clients. However, the extensive travel required by my job began to take a toll on me. Being away from my amazing husband and four wonderful kids became increasingly difficult, leading me to reevaluate my career choices. Throughout those years, I had the opportunity to buy, sell, even build three new construction homes and also dabble in owning rental property. Alongside my love for houses and interior design, these experiences solidified my passion for the real estate industry. Ultimately, I made the decision to pursue a career change and follow my passion for real estate. I obtained my real estate license and embarked on a new journey. Starting as an agent allowed me to gain experience, apply my previous skills while diving deeper into the world of real estate. Over time, my expertise and background seamlessly blended together, propelling me into a role in Business Development, where I contributed to the growth and success of a real estate firm. Eventually, I took on the position of Chief Operating Officer, which has been an incredibly rewarding chapter in my life. Choosing real estate as my career has been a fulfilling and gratifying choice. It combines my passion for houses, interior design, and helping clients find their dream homes. I am thrilled to be part of an industry that allows me to make a meaningful impact in people's lives.
